We are a family based company that originally started as Golden Retrievers Breeders in 1990.  Our love of loyal Golden Retrievers, my son's allergies and the frustration of Golden Retriever dog hair everywhere in our home is what led us to breed the Goldendoodles. We have found the Goldendoodle is the perfect dog. We are breeders who love Doodles just behind our love for God, family, our country and friends.

The Goldendoodle is the result of Golden Retriever to Poodle breeding. The Goldendoodle is considered to be a non-shedding to light shedding dog. Being a wonderful family companion, the Goldendoodle gets along well with children and does well with other dogs and family pets.

 

We are a responsible breeder who believes health, temperament and overall appearance is of the utmost importance. Our dogs are a part of our family, they are lovingly raised and socialized in our homes, not in kennels.  We raise them as part of our family with our children and grandchildren. At 3 weeks of age we start the 'Misty Potty Training method'. It teaches the dog that there is a designated spot to potty, making it easier for the new owner to potty train their new puppy. Contrary to some beliefs, potty training a puppy should start with the breeder very early in life. We also do Early Neurological Stimulation or ENS from the age of 3-16 days. The U.S. Military in their canine program developed a method that still serves as a guide to what works. In an effort to improve the performance of dogs used for military purposes, a program called "Bio Sensor" was developed. Later, it became known to the public as the "Super Dog" Program. Based on years of research, the military learned that early neurological stimulation exercises could have important and lasting effects. Their studies confirmed that there are specific time periods early in life when neurological stimulation has optimum results. The first period involves a window of time that begins at the third day of life and lasts until the sixteenth day. It is believed that because this interval of time is a period of rapid neurological growth and development, and therefore is of great importance to the individual. Some of the many benefits of ENS include: Improved cardio vascular performance, greater tolerance to stress, stronger heartbeats, stronger adrenal glands and resistance to disease. We also socialize our puppies from the time they are born until the day they leave for their furever home. They are hand raised in a loving home environment.

The adorable cuddly Teddy Bear look is the look we breed for. We specialize in the Mini-Goldendoodle, the Petite or Micro-Mini Goldendoodle sizes.  The Petite/Micro-Mini Goldendoodle ranges from 10-20 lbs., the Miniature Goldendoodle ranges from 21-40 lbs.
